Western Kierland our STAYCATION!!

The resort had so many activities for the kids (and adults) see Rachel winning the watermelon eating contest..they had a mud pie eating contest, kickball, a talent show, tug o war, cannon ball contest..the list was endless the kids were constantly busy. They even had smores and movies by the pool in the evening..it was a awesome weekend that I would love to do again and again!!

Mini Vacation here we come!!

Im up early today, need to get ready and start packing for the Western Kierland Hotel this weekend. We are going with 6 other couples and a BUNCH of kids. Lets just hope this cloudy weather clears up a bit so the beautiful AZ sun can poke thru! Ill post pics when we get home..hope everyone has a fun and safe holiday.

SAY WHAT???

Well Im so happy to announce that we are pregnant again..Im so early 4-5 weeks and was very shocked considering we were not REALLY trying (I guess thats when it happens) Im a little scared because with both girls I was REALLY sick, so far so good with this pregnancy. Dont get me wrong Im not complaining about feeling great..just so different than the other pregnancies which worries me a bit, but it is also early..so God willing I breeze thru this and have a HEALTHY baby. We are so frickin happy!!

We went to the wildlife zoo with Landyns Preschool..It was HOT!! We rode the train, sky ride, carousal, and the log ride..seems more like an amusement park than the zoo!!..Landyn loved feeding the giraffe and really liked the monkeys..and did I mention it was HOT!! What a long day, and the worse part is halfway thru the day Landyn informs me that she is "boring" at the zoo..kids you cant win! The next time I go to the zoo it wont be 100+ degrees. Plus the hotter it got the less pictures I took!

For those of you with kiddos, know all about the endless Birthday parties..for those of you who dont..count your blessings..joking..no seriously!!! I dont think we get a weekend with out a birthday party to attend. But Im happy to say that Im blessed to have tons of friends that want to invite our kids to parties, its either that or they have heard the Gwaltney girls give good presents..he he... the theme for this birthday with cowgirl..cake and ponies what more could a little girl want

So Im a little behind on the blogging..so bare with me..these are just a few of our friends out for Stephannies Birthday..we went to a Irish Pub then ended up dancing the night away at the sand bar..Good TIMES

Busy busy busy

Ive noticed that the older the girls get, the busier our life becomes. Jaden needs her own social calendar, between birthday parties, dance and the newly added talent show life is pretty hectic this month. Jaden tried out for the yearly talent show. There were over 90 acts and they only chose around 20 and Jaden made it. She is going solo this year doing a tap routine. I am so proud of her and her confidence..she just shines!! Both girls are getting ready for the recital in June. Its going to be soo cute to watch Landyn dance this year, she has really come out of her shell and is a total HAM NOW!!!! With the temperatures rising in good Ole AZ, Im happy to have school ending very soon, and just relax with the girls this summer..its going to be a good one!! ohh almost forgot..Scott turns 31 on May 12..HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABYDOLL!!
